Outright, unbelievable, blatant lies. There are lots and lots of them in the NYT; it is good that you are pointing them out in a specific way such as this.
A ten second google axing "Average white admixture in African Americans" reveals the true percentage is closer to 20 (I think seventeen to eighteen is reasonable).
That the scum at the New York Times would push such an ugly and blatant lie speaks volumes.

Got to see the inauguration of our new Flanby-in-chief today. The camera panned over a crowd of specially-invited schoolchildren, of whom easily half had black or brown faces. The assortment of journalopes de gauche on France 2 about wet themselves with pleasure fawning over the drooling stooge. (Remember his Guignol?) The only thing resembling a good omen was that as he left for Berlin to get spanked by Frau Merkel, his plane was hit by lightning.

Those Who Can See
Whites descend from the shallower end of the gene pool? I guess that's why Whites have invented almost everything worth while in the world and everyone has such envy of Whites that they are always in such sharp focus. Usually to claim "racism" or attribute other evils to Whites simply because they will not admit how much they need Whites to continue in the lifestyles to which they've become accustomed.
