The NYT Has been bleating over the NYCPD's stop and frisk policy for years now. Chuck blowhard Blow is the biggest opponent of the S& F policy, it seems.
6 percent of the population commits the most horrendous of crimes, rape, murder, assaults, gang activity, muggings, robbery, drugs, and prostitution pimping and on and on and that six percent are blacks. In a sane society the blacks would be under constant surveillance and many would be shipped back to from whence they came, Africa.
