American Blacks are more prone to be criminals but most Blacks are not criminals. That said, when Black kids are raised by Whites they behave as well as White kids.
Slavery was a holocaust.
Most Black kids are raised by Black women. Regardless of race kids raised by women and no man are not well behaved.

Whites commit more crime than Asians.
