Kennedy Assassination : Johnny Carson Interviews Jim Garrison - The JFK Whistleblower - 31 January 1968

Why is Johnny Carson trying so hard to shoot down even mild opposition to  the official version here? Why is America's Jerry Seinfeld-at-the-time going to such extremes to convince his audience - i.e. the American people - that JFK was assassinated exactly how the US government told them he was?

This interview seems wildly suspicious with the 52 years of hindsight it affords us.

Decided to post this fascinating video today, 7 April 2020, after listening to Bob Dylan's "Murder Most Foul". (Released 26 March 2020, MMF is Dylan's second-longest song, ever. It sort of sounds like ole' Zimmerman is having a sad about selling his soul to the devil, and trying to come clean as much as possible before his end of the deal becomes effective).

..../....

America's favorite celeb at the time, here in Jan. 1968, Johnny Carson is going full-bore MSM mouthpiece compliant.

Rather incredibly, Carson challenges whistleblower Garrison's claim, at the 16:15" mark, with this snotty little deep-state phag-apologism   :

"That's a big statement isn't it  : to say the evidence  is being concealed  from the American public?"

This was five years after the fact, and about three years after the release of the obviously deceptive Warren Report.

One can hear the scowl in Johnny's disdain for Jim Garrison. In the current year, dismissing Garrison's highly plausible claims seems truly most foul.
