Saw this took a pic in the produce aisle at the supermarket today.
Didn't realize how hilarious it was till I uploaded it a few moments ago.
This is almost like a Cargo Cult moment : coconut shells for bomber pilot helmets ; wishfully witty wordplay on a t-shirt, oy vey it's cultural appropriation.
They just don't get it, do they?

Wonderful T-shirt! I can assume this was in NOLA?
Artur I was offline for aaaaaages and so I missed your comment, here is the my response from over there which I'm posting here too:
Bonjour Artur,
Je me roule à ted pieds de honte, I somehow missed your comment and the priceless Petit Journal clip. Yes, this is Pravda-level stuff. But don't despair: These increasingly hilarious and crude propaganda pieces are just a reaction to the nationalist right's rise. With the FN getting record numbers, with fdesouche.com the most-clicked-on blog in France, with terrorist bombings becoming banal, people are waking up big time. The establishment media (all of whom live in the lily-white districts of Paris, natch) are crapping themselves. And this Baghdad Bob-level stuff is the result.
My piece on 'refugees' had tons on the Calais madness, including this British article, which I guess Yann & co. never got around to reading:
A crisis relief charity chief is set to pull the plug on aid to the Calais ‘Jungle’ camp after discovering most people there are economic migrants ‘without any reason’ to leave their home country. The Bradford-based Human Relief Foundation has been running a project to help the ‘refugees’ at the makeshift camp and previously claimed they were all ‘fleeing war and significant atrocities.’ But a visit by a team led by Kassim Tokan, the HRF deputy chief executive, discovered a totally different picture on the ground, with unwanted clothing and food being ‘dumped and burnt’ by the migrants.
And yes, watching these bobble-heads whip out their ten words of English to comfort their soon-to-be aggressors is a riot.
Yes, I'm still in the sunny south of France and enjoying it immensely. At this point even a visit to Paris doesn't interest me, its transformation to third world colony seems to be picking up pace.
Gros bisous from this corner of paradise,
M.G.
