  1. I can see your point. The later helicopter design uses basically applied science hence it is anything but revolutionary yet it cost that much!

  2. Tilt rotor is hardly a helicopter. It carries many times the weight. Goes a lot faster, and actually hovers higher than that prototype. plus it comes with radios, navigation instruments and a cool coffee pot.
